Rating:
3-Star out of 5-Star. Service and ambience is lacking. If you visit this place just for the food and don't care about ambience and service, you might rate it higher.

Remarks & Opinion:
This place is humble in decoration and outlook but they take pride in their specialty as follows:-
1) Tapioca flour noodle (RM8 medium)- This dish is great! It puts the hokkein fried noodle to shame! The texture of the noodle is chewy yet tender and the sauce is aromatic. My version is without pork, but for the pork lovers, you can ask for additional lard if you are game for it.
2)  Fried oyster omellete (RM 18) - It is fried differently. Unless you like it wet, otherwise remember to ask them to fry it drier. You can barely taste flour (like those common ones) in view of the amount of oysters and eggs they use. One will feel nice eating this dish and it does not leave you with a "heavy" feeling.
3) Steamed Chicken (RM28) - though their famous version is the salted fried chicken, but i didn't quite fancy it. I ordered the steamed version and to my surprise, it taste so much better than the fried salted one. The chicken is not fat but the meat is "smooth" and moist with rich chicken aroma.
4) Steamed "Liem" fish (RM 65)- Apologise for not providing the english name of the fish as I do not know the name. It is a very rare river fish. The skin is thick and oily, but the flesh is smooth and tasty. When you order, remember to ask for the belly portion. I had mine the tail portion which I am sure the belly would have tatste much better.
